I would highly recommend Destinations by Sue. Sue recently booked a 25th wedding anniversary trip to Antigua for us. She worked hard to make certain all went smoothly with every aspect of the trip. We had a slight glitch with our original booking and Sue quickly did research to re-book the trip. She quickly answers e-mails and answers questions thoroughly. The Royal was a great resort! On the smaller side which I do like for those days you can’t decide between the beach or the pool, so when they are only steps away, you can do both!!  ;-) And it was amazingly clean and the food was incredible. The staff was excellent making sure our every need was met. I mean, who has a guy walking around polishing your sunglasses every day?! They did and it was amazing!!

Excellence Riviera Cancun

​This was our second time using Destinations by Sue; first trip was a Royal Caribbean Cruise in 2013 and our August 2015 trip to Cancun Mexico. Sue suggested this time that we stay at the all-inclusive Excellence Riviera Cancun. This resort was exactly what my wife and I were looking for, beach, snorkeling and relaxation. As Sue has done in the past she took care of everything which made the trip stress free because she had booked the right flights to maximize our stay and the worry free hotel transfers. Sue set us up in a Swim –Up Suite that was perfect and she 100% spot on with what the resort had to offer. Sue and her husband Bill were a delight to deal with and were always accommodating with last minute questions. Ireland (Shannon) - Independent Stay: B&B/Guesthouses/Hotel

We have safely returned from our wonderful trip to Ireland!  I want to thank you for your excellent service and helping make my first trip to Ireland so special.  Our flights and accommodations went off without a hitch. Your special attention to the details made me feel so much more comfortable. Our itinerary was perfect for us and we were able to cover a lot of ground in the time we were away. All in all Sue we had a fabulous time and I will go back for sure!!  Driving the back roads to meet my Mom's cousins and see the home my grandmother grew up in was the highlight of my trip and my Mom's. It was exactly the Ireland I had pictured in my mind. The travel to Dingle via Connor's Pass was the other highlight for me.  The scenery was breathtaking. This trip exceeded my expectations and I am so grateful for the experience.

Grand Palladium Palace Resort Casino - Punta Cana

I just want to say what a truly awesome experience that our family had on vacation to the Dominican Republic last week. That being said, I credit this to all of the planning, booking, and so so much more that Sue did for us. Not only did Sue pull together a great package but she gave us so many options to choose from. Sue also provided us with amazing specifics as to what to do and expect at every step along the way which were so on point! There was not a detail left to guess work. We stayed at the Grand Palladium Palace Resort in Punta Cana and had an amazing all inclusive vacation. Eric and I would like to thank you form the bottom of our hearts! You were simply amazing to deal with (and I know I can be a pain), we loved our packets and loved that you took care of us from soup to nuts! Thank you also for checking in on me at the resort after you got my vm that my phone had a meltdown. Also, a huge thank you for the Mobay Lounge, that was an awesome bonus!!!

We had a fabulous vacation and once I can post my photos I will be certain to tag a few. We had such a great time with great people that we are planning a trip to Couples Negril next. Sue was extremely helpful when planning our trip to Jamaica for my nephew's destination wedding! It was so easy just telling her where and when! We booked 6 months ago and she suggested that we purchase travel insurance (which we never had in past trips). We went back and forth on it and she thought we really should cause you never know! Thank goodness we listened, as my dad took ill 2 weeks before we wee leaving and I needed to cancel. Unfortunately, he passed the morning we were supposed to leave! We are so lucky to have her suggest the insurance to us, because we are getting a full refund, after Sue helping us with all the paper work needed! Thank you!

Sandals Royal Caribbean

We just returned from a trip to Montego Bay, Jamaica and with the recommendation from Sue we stayed at Sandals Royal Caribbean. It was exactly what we wanted out of the trip. It was very relaxing. I would highly recommend Destinations by Sue. She also suggested Club Mobay, which is the lounge at Montego Bay airport where they zipped you through customs and the lounge had food, drinks and wifi, a great way to end the vacation. My fiance, Steve, and I had never used a travel agent, until we decided to do a 9-day vacation in the Caribbean, combining a couple of days in Puerto Rico with a week-long cruise. We booked the cruise easily, but had problems coordinating our flights to the ship. I thought of Sue immediately, as I knew her from BCBC, and contacted her to help us out. She not only booked our flight, she gave us some great suggestions on hotels, transfers to and from airport, and ways to prepare for our trip. Actually, other than booking the cruise itself, we learned the best way to get things done--and get them done effortlessly, get them done right--was through Sue. Everytime I thanked her profusely, she made it sound like ti was no big deal. Two days before the trip, my elderly mother got very ill, and we didn't know if we would make the cruise at all. With her support and suggestions, we shortened our stay in Puerto Rico by one day, but otherwise made the cruise, which was non-refundable. All her suggestions given to us in advance proved to be helpful. As soon as we returned home, we had emails in our Inbox, and a Christmas card in our mailbox, welcoming us home. . .how thorough is THAT??? We are working with Sue for our honeymoon plans--she's already sent us some great ideas based on the preferences we gave her--and next year, when we go cruising again, we will contact her from the very start of the process. She is knowledgeable, professional, and takes all the worry out of the process of traveling. Soooooooo. . .thanks a million, Sue! You're the BEST!

Destinations By Sue is a wonderful travel agency! Sue provides superb personalized service for her customers, which I have recently experienced firsthand. Because I had never traveled outside of the U.S., I felt slightly overwhelmed with all of the preparations that international travel entails—until Sue provided me with an abundance of resources, deadlines, itineraries, and all kinds of information about the area I was traveling to, in an extremely organized fashion. She certainly went above and beyond in providing me with vital information, not only about getting to where I was going, but also about what to do when I got there. These things included what to pack, what to wear, climate, weather, things to do, sights to see, excursions provided by the hotel, numbers to call in case of an emergency, among many other things. ​We have just arrived back from a wonderful vacation on Royal Caribbean's Allure of the Seas!  We enjoyed all of our excursions, shows and entertainment on the ship.
